Why can't I change Avatar, please help...

I upload a new Avatar, but every time I select custom I keep on getting the same one...

I've even deleted all my temp net files and still no change...

Can anyone help me please... ???

Sometimes there is an issue with the file size of the photo.

Guitardeth had the same problem where he was rying to upload a jog avitar. When it was reduced and changed into a gif, it worked wonders.
